As a general rule, we are unable to accept Housing Benefit-funded tenants. Tenants will need to have a clean credit history, and be in receipt of earnings of 2.5 x the annual property rent, either individually or collectively with a joint tenant. For example, a property rent of £800 per month x 12 = £9,600 x 2.5 = £24,000 per annum required earnings.
