Finally, a solution to your tenant issues

The COVID pandemic has left its toll on the private rental sector, with many landlords reporting unresolved issues with their tenants. Spokesman for Parkers Lettings, Richard Parker, commented, ''We know that being a landlord isn’t always easy and that despite best intentions things sometimes go wrong. When Parkers let a property, the landlord can be sure that the tenant will be fully referenced, identity checked and very often they are a repeat Parkers' client. For other landlords however, things aren’t always as straightforward, and every week we hear from other landlords with a variety of problems ranging from non-payment of rent or unauthorised pets, through to more extreme examples such as anti-social behaviour or damage to the property.'' Richard continues, ‘'Our Landlord Surgeries have been busy since the easing of lockdown and we've dedicated significant resources to offering free information and advice to the Landlord investor. Over the years, we have seen pretty much everything and more often than not we are able to resolve the situation without the need to resort to expensive litigation.’' Contact us now for your free consultation.
